-Consider adopting Resolution 2024-4-1 appointing Brett I. Hanson to fill an unexpired term on the Troy City Council and administer the oath of office.

- Consider adopting Resolution 2024-4-2 authorizing the City Administrator to execute a contract with Langford Community Management Services for grant administration purposes on behalf of the City of Troy.

-Consider adopting Resolution 2024-4-3 authorizing the City Administrator to negotiate a contract with Clark Associates, PLLC of Temple, Texas for the purposes of receiving engineering services for the construction of a sewer main and lift station from the vicinity of East Big Elm Road to the City of Troy Wastewater Treatment Plant.

-Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-4-1 approving the City of Troy Water Conservation Plan.

-Receive a report from the City Administrator regarding a rate study conducted for the City of Troy Water and Wastewater System.
